Venus — or Aphrodite, as the Greeks called the goddess of Love — de Milo (of Milos) is an ancient Greek sculpture that was created during the Hellenistic period, sometime between 150 and 125 BC. It was discovered on the island of Milos in 1820.

Nike — the Winged Victory of Samothrace, or Nike of Samothrace — is a votive monument found on the island of Samothrace, in the northern Aegean Sea. It is a masterpiece of Greek sculpture and, just like Venus, originates from the Hellenistic era.
